BERTRAND LONEY
Bertrand spent half of his life abroad. A graduate in International Economics & Finance, he shared his career between Paris and London, in the trading rooms of French, English and American companies. There, he has built solid relationships with an international clientele. At the same time, he has contributed to several communication projects dedicated to contemporary art and oenology, which he has been passionate about for many years.
“Living and working abroad led me to question a lot of our thought patterns. Anglo-Saxons, for example, strive to understand the need before responding to it with a suitable product or service. In France, we often think the opposite and customers have to adapt, which leads to frustrations and bad experiences.”
Back in France, it was in Bordeaux that he chose to settle with his family. In 2017, he created BIMMOBILIER, an independent agency focused on one objective: bring the customer experience to its best level in a context where requirements and practices are rapidly changing.
His combined skills allow him to offer his clients a modern, relevant and tailor-made approach to the local real estate market, while keeping in mind the emotional value of the projects that are entrusted to him.
Bertrand is a member of the international ADVSR.AI network, which lists 25K+ Trusted Advisors In the world. This allows it to reach buyers, market and research real estate on an international scale.

Christèle's unconventional professional journey began in the artistic field, first in Touraine, then in Paris and Reims. There she frequents art, crafts and gastronomy circles. Her pronounced taste for arts, design and architecture gradually led her to consider the vast world of real estate.
In 2005, her life flew to Japan where she settled in Tokyo with her family for 15 years. It was an extremely enriching experience in many fields: beyond their local culture and traditions, the Japanese have a vision of life so different from ours, in particular a conception of the service provided that we cannot imagine in Europe. I'm talking about total involvement...
Back to France, in Bordeaux, Christèle decided to dedicate her communicative energy and Far Eastern wisdom to service our local and overseas clients with residential real estate projects.

FREDERIC RIGAL
Frédéric is in charge of the professional projects for our clients, and more specifically in the hospitality industry.
A graduate in Management Sciences, his career as a business engineer, then as a manager in the field of business services, led him to create his company in which he developed a solid experience in customer relationships as well as an efficient commercial methodology adapted to the particularities of each project.
His family goals brought him back to Bordeaux, his hometown, where he joined BLIMMOBILIER at the end of 2023 to develop our 'Professional Projects' activity there.
His B2B commercial experience, his rigor and his sense of negotiation are all assets that he puts at the service of our clients to successfully carry out real estate or commercial projects that are often complex.
